We are a cheese manufacturer from Kuusamo. We use professional skill to produce cheeses developed by our cheese masters. The character of our cheeses matures surrounded by the Northern nature. We know that good things are not made easily, but with a relentless attitude.

We make characteristic emmental, tasty cream cheese and nuanced edam from fresh milk. We are also proud of our smoked cheeses that are smoked with real alder chips.

Perniön Liha Oy is one of the oldest sausage factories in Finland. The company, located in Salo, had its 90th anniversary in March 2020. We are famous for our high-quality and meaty sausages and snacks under Perniön Liha and Helsingin Makkaratehdas brands. Our sausage are known to win prices annually in several categories.

Street food can be healthy and produced in a sustainable way. Pita Factory's good quality pita breads are made of domestic grain and easy to eat with hands. You can quench you hunger with good conscience. 

We use high quality raw materials and recipes developed with precision, and therefore our pita breads are the best. We value artisanal handicraft and sustainability. We stand for relaxed food, which is genuinely good for you. 

Delicious pita breads from Pita Factory are baked from domestic grain in Jokioinen, Häme region. They are a healthy and convenient option for all street food lovers. Only best quality raw materials are used in our products. Our well-beloved wheat pita bread&#8217;s spongy structure and tastiness are due to an old recipe that originates from the Israelian founders of the company.

We assess the emissions of our own kitchen&#8217;s ready meals and plan measures based on the results. It&#8217;s our target to have product calculations ready for all of the salads and for 50% of the ready, warmup meals by the end of the year 2022.

We started to track emissions of our Ruokakassi service. This information will be used internally in planning of food bags&#8217; content.

The mission of Anton&Anton is to make people smile. We eat with our mouths, eyes and with pleasure. Taste is number one. The better the food looks, the better it tastes. We want the food to provide a wholesome experience that extends from flavour and looks to package.

Ruokakassi service brings good food at your door. Our Valmisruokakassi service contains six ready meals made by our kitchen. It&#8217;s planned for moments, when there is no time for cooking and you still want to eat well. The recipes of Ruokakassi enable you to cook three everyday dinners. Our delivery bags contain raw materials that create shortcuts in the kitchen. The delivery bags contain ready products, for example sauces and pastes from our kitchen every week. Our own kitchen prepares food that is clean without any unnecessary additives. Our ready meals are sold by Anton&amp;Anton shops and selected retailers.

Feelia Juuressosekeitto is ready to eat, but can be adapted in many different ways to get variation and change. Feelia root vegetable soup is mainly made of carrot, potato, parsnip and celery sourced from the Finnish producers. The product is dairy-free and gluten-free and it has been granted Hyvää Suomesta (i.e. Produced in Finland) label.

Tuna pasta gratin is everyday food for many tastes. Tuna pasta gratin is vacuum packed and stays good unopened in fridge for months. Time of preparation is 5 min on frying pan and 20 min in the oven.

Meat soup concentrate (3 kg) is a traditional, delicious soup concentrate made of Finnish pieces of beef meat, potatoes and carrots. Preparation of a genuine meat soup is ready quickly and easily. Soup concentrate doesn't include any liquide and is vacuum packed, which makes is stay good in the fridge for months. Water (i.e. liquid) is added in the course of preparation. Carbon footprint for ready meat soup with liquid is 3.15 kg/CO2e/kg. Carbon footprint per portion (3dl) is 0.95 kg CO2e/portion.
