Perniön Liha Oy is one of the oldest sausage factories in Finland. The company, located in Salo, had its 90th anniversary in March 2020. We are famous for our high-quality and meaty sausages and snacks under Perniön Liha and Helsingin Makkaratehdas brands. Our sausage are known to win prices annually in several categories.

Products & services
We use plenty of domestic pork in the products of our own. All our products are made with artisanal style. We do a lot of co-operation with the local producers and are curious to test everything new without forgetting the traditions.
Products
Yönakki
Yönakki (240 g) from Helsingin Makkaratehdas is clearly one of the best sausages you can get. It is spiced mildly and therefore the favourite of everybody. The percentage of meat is very high (80 %) and nothing but domestic pork is used. No matter if you warm it up in a barbecue, oven or steam, or decide to enjoy it as such, cold - it always tastes good. The product is non-dairy and without soy or sodium glutamate (E621). It doesn't contain pork rind or mechanically separated meat. The taste, flavour and the looks are all wonderful.
